The founding fathers made it perfectly clear within the Constitution, Article 1 Sections 1-9, that the legislative branch of the government shall be the Congress (Made up of the House of Representatives and the Senate) [Read Article 1 here]. However, what is being kept from America (YOU!), is that almost all laws under Obama’s reign are not made by Congress today. In contrast to our founding fathers, President Obama has made it perfectly clear, to not use Congress by with his own legislative initiatives (un-Constitutionally). As well as millions of words of new regulations that are nothing more than new laws made by people we do not know, nor were ever elected.
Mike Lee Senator from the great state of Utah posted a picture (below). This photo represents what I have talked about on the radio since the passage of the 2 thousand page Affordable Health Care Act (Act as in, it is all an act that it is affordable!), and the 20 thousand pages of regulations that were added since. That is to say, Congress is becoming obsolete.
However, Mr. Lee’s photo is more of a wakeup call than just one ominous bill referred to as Obamacare. The small stack you see here is what Congress passed and the President has signed. The massive paperwork you see in the cabinets is all the regulations made by un-elected people. Did I say regulations? Yes, I did, but they are really laws. You can go to jail if they are broken, or be heavily fined, or close a business if not adhered to. Hence you broke the law!
Obama said this week “we are not just going to be waiting for a legislation in order to make sure that we’re providing Americans the kind of help that they need. I’ve got a pen and I’ve got a phone”. Congress has become moot, and republican members of the House and Senate can do nothing about it. Is this Tyranny? Many presidents have used executive orders. Never have I seen any president use an executive order to bypass the power of Congress. This would qualify as a definition of Tyranny.
This should not come as a shock to anyone. Obama has already bypassed Congress before making them obsolete. Military involvement in Lybia did not have Congressional approval, nor were they asked. At the time, Senator Sessions questioned then Secretary of Defense Leon Penetta about this in an amazing exchange of dialog. Penatta’s response was that we seek approval from the UN or NATO and not Congress now.
I would like to remind you at this point that the Constitution defines Congressional powers to legislate law, and the President’s definition in the Constitution is to make sure the laws are enacted as intended. So, when Obamacare passed we had a bill, a law. On his own, Obama has changed this law 14 times without Congressional consent. this is un-constitutional and 11 state attorneys have sent a letter to Obama stating he broke the law. Does Congress speak up about this? Not a word. Not even from Republicans. Congress is so complacent they are perpetuating their own Obsoleteness.
Two Decembers ago Congress was in session, but the president declared them out of session and appointed two posts. This being un-Constitutional as it bypassed Congressional approvals for these posts. The Supreme Court is about to rule on this issue. Already, we know that even Obama’s Supreme Court appointees are having trouble with the administrations defense. To which is: almost unlimited appointee powers. The Supreme Court so far seems to feel this is not what the founding fathers intended. An amazing article on this event you can read here.
This administration, by its actions, shows that they consider Congress obsolete, and for the most part they have succeeded making Congress obsolete. In so many areas that Congress once had authority, is now gone via this administration. One may argue, with people like Pelosi, Reid, Boehner, etc. this may be a good thing. However, we must keep the founding fathers principles, and Constitutional structure relevant. This Congress will one day be history, and others may prove more patriotic to its people.
Is there anyone that can stop this? Yes! Any true conservative president could. However, this will not happen. In order to restore Congress to its defined authorities we must have the media supporting conservatives. This may never happen. The media wants liberalism to succeed, never realizing it never will. We must have liberalism in decline. This won’t happen anytime soon either. Democrats are smart in crafting an entitlement society with money, freebies, class warfare, and the people eat it up.
We must be the founding fathers themselves. Think like they did, believe like they did. Then and only then will America, the great experiment return. Is it already too late? Perhaps. Should we give up? No, not by a long shot. We must elect true conservatives in our elections, not moderates. Moderates will only slow the journey down to the same liberal destination, but still get us there. We must stop the vehicle and turn around.
In my opinion, America the way the founding fathers wanted it to be is the best country the history of the world has ever known. The America we live in now? This is not that America. Pray to God that he once again blesses this nation. With the left in charge, and their intolerance for Christianity I think God is a wee bit angry. He blesses the righteous nations. Without him there would have been no America. Yes I said it, and I’m not taking it back. For we will not regain America’s greatness without him. Let’s hope he is still listening. It is unfortunate that Barack Obama, and, a villainous congress, have eeled their way into the leadership of the nation. Maybe in the beginning they made mistakes, but what we see on a daily basis, is the product of people sitting around and mind-mapping scenarios.
Mark Levin wants to see the US Constitution opened up for Article-5, but the 113th Congress is dishonest and are traitors with exception of very few. How can schemers be trusted to only work on Article-5 and not tinker with anything else, such as, 1A, 2A, 4A, 10A? Think about it, because I am willing to wager that, schemes are already worked out, and both Democrats and Republicans will act as co-conspirators against the nation.
Until January of 2017, it will feel like each day, we are fighting to hold onto mere inches. The Glass Jaw Dictator has nothing to lose at this point and will be worse, then he will refuse to vacate lawfully, the Oval Office in January of 2017. That’s where it’s all heading, and both political parties are accessories. Almighty God might have an ace or two up His sleeve, but the misery, belongs to each one of us until further notice.

This should be of no surprise. I forewarned others back in 2008…I said this would happen. It isn’t going to get any better, regardless of what the U.S. Supreme Court says, or does about it. Barack Obama deems himself above all others, his throne the mightiest of all.
Don’t think Obama can be corralled, he can not be. He may hit a wall, but his inner GPS re-directs another course of action, even if that means the elimination of human life. The Conservatives may bark, but that bark has little effect. Obama and his administration has pushed the Republicans around like a bully in a school-yard…and the Right backs down, succumbing to the will of his Royal Highness.
If the Republicans don’t stand toe-to-toe with him, soon, there won’t be any Republican party left. Republicans have certainly had their chances to take this man down, instead, they reached out a helping hand and pulled Obama up from the tar-pit. Shameful.
Either the Republicans are weak, growing weaker by the day – or they are in it with him.
I am Anti-Government – but I, as well as others like me – have been backing a party we do not support – the Republicans. However, our disappointment is great. From the ashes of defeat, shall rise a Phoenix – a third party. Stand up, Republicans – or someone else will. Submitting to the will of this president, you foster tyranny. Unacceptable.
I am Anti-Government, not for the sake of anarchy – no sir. I am Anti-Government because this modern-day government is no longer acceptable. It no longer works. It needs fixed. Government is needed – just not this current body occupying Washington D.C.
